Well, we’re fully insured with the American Family Insurance Company. That’s cargo insurance, general liability, Workman’s Comp, commercial auto, all through American Family.

Okay, so let’s say your kitchen table gets damaged, you get a scratch on your kitchen table during your move. Well, what we have to do is, we have to come out and assess the item. First thing we’ll do is see if we can get it professionally repaired. If it can’t be professionally repaired, then we’ll see if we can get it replaced. If it can’t be replaced, then we send an adjuster out from American Family, he assesses the item, appraises the item, and then he cuts you a check on-site for the cost of the item. That’s how it works.

Now, listen, we do every possible thing that we can do to prevent this, but we are human, it does happen. 98.4% of the time it won’t happen, but if it does, we’ve got you.
